I Got It From My Momma
In honor of Mother’s Day this weekend, I couldn’t resist the chance to share all about my amazing momma with you Dolls! I am so blessed to have the constant love and support of my amazing mom. This woman is just such a Doll! She is so special and GORGEOUS, my goodness! When I count my blessings each day, I count her twice!
Like many, I have always turned to my mom for guidance. Whether it is something in my personal life or a challenge I’m tackling with work, I pick up the phone and call her! Rewind to over seven years ago when I called my mom to tell her I was quitting my medical sales career — she definitely thought I was crazy, but showed me nothing but support! From the first day I set out to begin my adventure as a business owner, I knew I could count on her. In fact, she has given me some of the best advice that has helped steer me in the direction of my dreams.
My mom always told me that, in business, you should never take “no” for an answer! She encouraged me to always seek a creative solution to get the job done. As a former Vice President of the American Heart Association, she definitely knows a thing or two about success! That’s why she’s always been a source of inspiration for me. Her ability to rise to success and chase her goals is something that I continue to aspire to each day.
Whenever I had a tough day she would say, “Caroline Doll — Champagne Is Always The Answer®!” This helpful reminder always guided me to find the joy in each day. Through this guidance, I’ve been able to celebrate the little (and big) wins that life brings along. Little did momma know that this would later become our trademarked business slogan at POSH PR®! Talk about some great advice!
My mom is a true inspiration and I am so blessed to be her daughter. I credit much of my own success in life to her guidance and support. Whether I need business guidance or just some sweet words of encouragement, I’m lucky to be able to call on her. I am so happy to have been able to share more about my sweet momma with you Dolls today. I hope all the amazing mothers out there have a special Mother’s Day weekend!
