Red, White, and DO YOU
We have a big holiday weekend ahead of us, Dolls! Who is traveling?! Any plans to see fireworks with family?! Well, no matter what your plans are, I wanted to take the time to remind you that YOU are the true firework. That’s right! You sparkle, you dazzle, you light up the sky!!! But it’s hard to always feel like your most sparkly self. That’s why I wanted to share all of my best tips + tricks for how to bring the sparkle and magic to your next big meeting! Keep reading, Boss Dolls™!
Confidence is KEY
When someone walks into the room, what is the first thing you notice? Is it their expression? Their handshake? The way they dress? For me, it’s simple — I have ALWAYS sensed a person’s confidence level first. When you believe in yourself, your confidence shines through. That’s why I am always reminding The PR Dolls and our sweet clients that you have to truly believe you are the best to be the best. Remember, there is NO ONE in this world better at being you than you. Let that confidence dazzle them from the moment you walk in the door!
Don’t dull your SPARKLE
Have you ever felt too….sparkly?! HAHA! Stay with me here, Dolls! There have been times that I tried to hide my true over-the-top shiny self, but I have to be honest. Hiding “me” never got me where I was trying to go! That’s why I want to encourage you to SHINE. Don’t be afraid of how you will be perceived by others because, the truth is, you won’t be able to please everyone. I know that’s a hard truth to swallow, but the best thing you can aim to do is to be proud of yourself in all situations. This can only happen when you are your truest self so SHINE ON, girl!
Be the LIGHT
Lastly, don’t forget to bring the positivity! No one likes a Debbie Downer, am I right?! When you lead with love and you lead with light, true happiness and joy can be felt by all. That’s why I always do my best to bring the sunshine! No, Dolls — I’m not just talking about my blonde sunshine-y hair! I want to leave a lasting smile on the faces of those I encounter which is why I focus on the positivity of things. Don’t get me wrong…there are definitely days where it’s easier to be down in the dumps. But I have learned that the end result of being negative is not a positive. It’s okay to take a breath when life gets you down, but don’t forget to pick yourself back up and share positivity to all. I know you can do it!
