A Pink Waffle A Day Keeps The Doctor Away
Hey Dolls, Happy Friday and Happy National Waffle Day! So, as you guys probably know, its been a long week but that doesn’t mean that there can’t be a little room for a celebration! This morning I decided what better way to celebrate the holiday from the office than treat #ThePRDolls to a pretty pink waffle breakfast! After all, they are the syrup to my waffles and they deserve the very best! As a CEO, I like doing things like this every now and again as a good bonding experience for all us dolls! It allows us to connect on a more personal level and create stronger bonds with each other that inevitably transfer over into our work lives.
As a waffle eater, I would have to consider myself fairly picky. I require a few things; I want light, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and of course they need to be gluten free! That’s right, sigh, my gluten allergy strikes again. But, this doesn’t stop me from indulging in one of the tastiest breakfast staples! That being said, after searching for awhile I have finally come across a recipe that checks off all of my picky waffle eater boxes and I can’t wait to share it with you all!
Here’s My Go To Gluten Free Waffle Recipe:
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar or 1/4 tsp Stevia
1 Tbsp Oil
3/4 cup Milk
4 Eggs separated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
+ of course pink food coloring

Maple Syrup
