A little fun fact about the movie, “Breakfast At Tiffany’s,” dolls. In the famous photo below, Audrey Hepburn did not even like Danish pastries! Nevertheless, I have secretly dreamed of waking up early, while the streets are quiet in New York City (is that even possible?!), buying a croissant at a local cafe, and re-shooting this photo! I think that would be SO cute, don’t you?!
Alas, while I do not see that happening any time in my near future, I DO see a breakfast at Tiffany’s happening right here in Richmond!
This Friday, May 4, I am so excited to be working alongside one of my favorite clients, Tiffany & Co. at Stony Point Fashion Park. From 9:00-10:00am, Tiffany’s will be ordering croissants straight from their flagship cafe in New York City for guests to dine on as they come and discover Tiffany Paper Flowers™, “A new jewelry collection that reminds us that in beauty and femininity lie great strength.”
The message behind this new collection speaks so near and dear to my heart, dolls. As a self-professed tulle-wearing, pink-loving, Louis Vuitton adoring girl, beauty and femininity are two things I incorporate into my life unapologetically! I remember worrying about using the color pink in POSH PR®’s branding, concerned that others may think it’s TOO pink! (Can you imagine?! The Caroline Doll and POSH PR® and no PINK?!) Why did I ever associate being too girly as a negative thing? Why was that even a thought?
Beauty and femininity exist as two distinct entities in a landscape of others. So, celebrate them, dolls! Express them confidently! There can never be too much pretty in the world.
Planning events with Tiffany & Co. always proves to be such a glamorous time. What more could a girl ask for?!
