Bloomingdale's Trend Show

When Bloomingdale's Chevy Chase has a trend show... you know it is going to be AMAZING!

It was such an honor to partner with them on this event! The goal of each trend show is to provide the Bloomingdale's bride with the latest and greatest trends in the wedding industry!  From linens, to florals, to desserts... you name it, we styled it!

The most fun part for me was chatting with the future Mr. & Mrs. talking all things wedding! It was fun helping them with their wedding registries and answering their wedding planning questions.  PS: There were also some incredible items for the couples to add to their wedding registries!  (I totally took home a little something from Kate Spade that I just couldn't live without!)

With that being said, I'd like to share with you some of my tips + tricks for your wedding registry!

Be practical!

This may sound silly, but don't register for items that you don't need or want. Be practical with the items you include on your registry! If you truly have nothing to register for, you can always set up a Honey Fund to raise money for your honeymoon!

Include multiple price points!

When building your wedding registry make sure you register for items of all price points! Some low, some higher!  That way you can be sure your friends and family will be able to find something that you actually want, and not purchase something for you that is NOT on your registry.

Consult with a specialist!

The wedding registry specialists are there to help you! Book an appointment and ask for help if you need it! This will make your experience THAT much better!
